As leaders, there are times when we may feel fragile. This is reality in our life, and it is certainly an aspect of our leadership.

The Forge Leaders’ Day will be unpacking fragile leadership and how you care for yourself as a leader, how you develop as a leader along with how you transition which is vital in leadership.

Our main speaker Nick Cuthbert has lived and ministered in Birmingham for 40 years, he is a pastor, author and founder of The Lead Academy.

He'll be joined on the day by Dr. Kara Lawman who is a life coach and founder of Rewire Life Coaching, and we'll have David Campbell who is a former church leader in the UK and Canada, an author and now an itinerant Bible teacher.

Delegates will be able to choose two seminar slots during the day so that our speakers’ expertise in leadership can really be heard.

As it's a time together for Forge leaders will also have updates throughout the day, a time to pray for the sphere along with worshipping together.
